With your blessings. Today I have brought before you a new recipe, the recipe is castrated tanned meat. There are many benefits of castrated meat, this animal has less beneficial fat than all other animals in the world. So it can be eaten by people of any age. Let me show you step by step how I cooked this khasi meat.
Materials:
1 kg of castrated meat
5 onions
One and a half spoon of garlic paste
1 tablespoon ginger paste
3 bay leaves
5/6 cardamom
Two pieces of cinnamon
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon chilli powder
One tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
The amount of salt
Preparation:
I will wash the meat and cut it into small pieces and I will clean the onion and cut it into small pieces.
Now put a pan in the oven and add onion , cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves and oil.
When the onion turns brown, I will add ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. I will give a small amount of water so that the spices do not get burnt.
Now when the oil comes up, I will leave the meat in the middle.
Now shake the meat well and mix it with spices and cover it with a lid. After a while, remove the lid and shake the meat well.
When the meat is tanned, I will add two cups of boiling hot water in between, so that the meat is well cooked. After 15 minutes you can see that the meat is cooked and the broth is pulled out to make the meat even. Now it's time to turn off the stove and serve hot.
