The name of this recipe is Zig-zag eel fish curry with potatoes. We all like to eat more or less Zig-zag eel fish. Zig-zag eel fish has many nutritional properties. But you don't get the real taste of it, if you don't know how to cook it properly. I hope you will be able to cook fish very well if you follow this recipe. Materials:
10/12 medium Zig-zag eel fish
5/6 onions
3 potatoes
Half a spoon of ginger paste
Half a teaspoon of garlic paste
Half a teaspoon of cumin powder
1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon of chili powder
The amount of salt
1 cup water
4/5 green chillies
Like the amount of oil
Preparation:
I will periodically cut and wash the potatoes, onions and Zig-zag eel fish as required.
Now put a frying pan and fry the sliced fish with turmeric and oil.
When the Zig-zag eel fish is well fried, I will put it in a bowl.
Now I will fry the sliced potatoes in a pan with a little oil, Turmeric and salt.
Once the potato pieces are fried, I will soak them with the chopped onions.
Once the onion is fried, mix it with a small amount of water, garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. Once the potatoes are well seasoned, I will grate them again for a while with the pre-fried fish pieces.
After a while, when the broth is pulled out and the curry is smeared, I will turn off the stove. Now it’s time to serve hot in a nice bowl.
