Today I want to share the incredibly healthy lunch I had the other day 💚 Normally, I don't take too much time to order my lunch. I don't have very long breaks at work, so I always end up choosing a restaurant that I already know and trust, which doesn't really leave room for variety.
The other day, we were having a relatively chill day at work and I had been craving a healthy bowl for weeks. When I came across this restaurant at the app, I knew I had to try their bowls. They all looked wonderful.
I decided to order this incredible Turmeric Bowl. I was first a bit suspicious about turmeric as I sometimes don't like its taste depending on the food it is used in. Luckily, it was very delicious in this bowl!
I also liked that it looked very colorful and rich. It came with a purple sauce that contained beet and hummus.
Here are all the ingredients to prepare this Turmeric Bowl. I haven't tried to prepare it myself yet but I'm very excited to try it! 😊

- Cauliflower with turmeric
- Avocado
- Baked sweet potatoes
- Tomatoes
- Cabbage
- Chickpeas
- Mixed greens
- Pomegranate
- Parsley
- Wheat with dill
