Baking Moist Banana Bread.

Today I prepare a delicious and easy to bake moist banana cake. This is my first time baking so Im a little nervous at first but feels excited at end.

Here’s the recipe :
5 bananas
3/4 all purpose flour
2 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk with lemon juice (substitute for buttermilk)

Procedure:

Mashed 5 bananas in a bowl and put lemon juice

  1. Combine All purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon in a separate bowl.

  1. In another bowl put combine butter, white sugar and brown sugar.

  1. Put everything into a bowl of flour and mix well into 2-3 minutes and transfer it in an oven safe tray/bowl.

  1. Preheat the oven
    Set the oven into 175 degrees with time of 60 minutes or 1 hour.

  1. Serve!

Yey I did it!!! I find myself always check the oven if its okay?! Until i saw it good and smells so yum. Im so excited with the result which makes me wanted to do it again and again.
