Extra Potatoes
The other day the neighbour came to us asking us if we ate potatoes since she had too many and they were going to go bad. Because we don't want to waste food we accepted it and because of it we have prepared some mashed potatoes with vegan burgers.
It was very simple to do but it was delicious in the end. That butter have given the mash potatoes a creamy texture and the salt and pepper just added some extra flavour.
Do we have any mash potatoes fan in here?

Every 3rd day it is my turn to cook and because of it I am still accepting any suggestions of vegan dishes. Trying to come up with new and delicious dishes by myself it is not easy.
