Delicious Fuska or Pani Puri.

Fuska(Pani Puri) is one of the most famous delicious street food in Bangladesh. It is a delicious food with a mixture of spices, pickles and salt. It can be seen being sold on the streets of Bangladesh. People of all ages love this dish. People love this food because of its sour drink. Today I will share with you how you can easily make and taste this delicious dish-

There are three steps to make fuska perfectly. They are collection of fried fuska, make Roasted pulses, make Sour drink.

Step-01: Collect the fried fuska(pani puri) packed from your nearest shops.

Step-02: In this step, you have to made roasted pulses. This roasted pulses is very easy, For this you first need to stir for 1 minute with oil, a little pepper and some amount of salt. Then you have to put it in the oven with water. When the pulses are boiled and the water is reduced, the stove should be turned off. When the pulses are cooked, lightly rub with your hands.

Step-03: Now we will learn how to make a sour drink for fuska(pani puri). The ripe tamarind should be soaked in 250 ml of water for 10 minutes. Now there is an amount of lemon juice, chili powder, salt and light cumin Mix the powder and stir.

Then we can fill it with cooked pulses and pickled drinks and serve it with cucumber paste.
