New Tricks And Recipes For Food/Snacks Lovers

Happy new month guy, many wishes to u all. How does it feel when you create a new snack?. i feel happy actually. I actually don't know what to eat for my breakfast. I came up with an idea of having snacks and custard for breakfast with available vegetables at home. it was mind-blowing when the results came out.

well, I can't name the snacks because I don't know what to call it at first but it's very nutritious and good for the health. the ingredients I used to make the snacks includes sweet potatoes, onion, chili pepper flour or bean or dal, salt, ketchup, custard,chana dal.

The process and steps in the snack preparation are very easy to learn and make.

Step 1: Wash the sweet potatoes, onions and green chili peppers.

Step 2: Peel the sweet potatoes and diced it into small rings, likewise do the same process for onions.

step 3: Blend the bean or dal till its smooth and apply grounded blacjk pepper, pinch of salt, ¼ tp of sugar and mix well.

Step 4: The bean or dal paste should be moist to make the onion and potatoes rings stick to itself.

Step 5: Dip fry into the groundnut oil till golden brown, then remove and serve.

My opinion is to taste and enjoy the snacks when its hot or warm to feel and enjoy every bit of it. This snacks is common among nigerian local snack but the recipes, method and ingredients are quite different. The major aspect of every snacks making is the taste and flavour.
Enjoy with a hot custard.

Am actually glad to engage myself in improving my creativity on snack making. for instance, i tried puff puff using cocoa powder likewise using ginger and garlic. Am still looking forward trying indian cuisine and others. Today is actually different i used chana dal (used mainly by Indians) to make the paste.

The snack has lots of benefits. Onions has an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect. it support heart, bone and gut health. sweet potato support healthy vision, enhance brain function and support brain functions. Chana dal is rich in B-complex vitamins that play an important role in glucose metabolism and are vital for your body to remain active and energetic always.
