Cooking DIY: Sundori Pitha (Cake).

How are you doing today?

This is another food/cooking blog.

This time it is about Sundori Pitha (Cake).

About Sundori Pitha (Cake):
It's a cake made by wheat, milk chhana and sugar syrup.
First the cake should be fried in hot oil then it should be drowned in sugar syrup.

Ingredients:.

  • Wheat
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Milk Chhana (Cheese)
  • Ghee
  • Milk (Liquid)

Steps:

I had to made the wheat ready at first.

Then I made the wheat roll thicker.

Then I did cut it into desired shape.

Then I fried them in hot oil.

It's ready for the next step now.

Then I made sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water.

Then I mixed fried cakes into sugar syrup.

It is ready to serve now.
