So after completing my studies I am doing a course on professional chef, you can say I am a beginner chef.

Today I will share with you an excellent recipe and description of one of everyone's favorite dishes. Today I will make everyone's favorite burger bon. Ingredients for making Burger Bun:
Flour - 500 grams.
Sugar - 40 grams.
Salt - 10 grams.
Yeast - 15 grams.
Egg - 1 (50 grams).
Milk powder - 45 grams.
Warm water - 250 grams.
Butter - 50 grams.
White sesame - (2 - 3)grams.
Method of preparation:
1) First we sift the flour and take it in a bowl.
2) Take sugar on one side of the dough and salt on the other side.
3) Take yeast and milk powder separately from salt.
4) Mix flour sugar, salt, milk powder and yeast well.
5) Beat eggs in a bowl and mix with flour.
6) Then add warm water little by little and knead well for 10 minutes to make a soft dough and add butter and knead the dough again for 5 minutes.
7) Keep the dough air tight for minimum 45 minutes fermentation at 32-38 degree temperature.
8) After 45 minutes, squeeze out all the air from the dough by hand and make small dough of 100 grams.
9) Now put the dough in the burger frame and put egg wash on it and sprinkle white sesame seeds on it and let it rest for 30 minutes.
10) At the same time preheat the (industrial) oven at 180 degree temperature for 10 minutes and bake the dough at 175 degree temperature for 35 minutes and our healthy and favorite burger bon is ready.
