Chicken Stir Fried Rice Preparation Method:

1) First we will boil 500 grams of rice to 70% and spread it on a tray and let it cool.
2) 200 grams of boneless chicken breast cut into strips and salt to taste, 1 spoon of mustard paste, 1 pinch of black pepper, 1 spoon of lemon juice, 1 spoon of Wester share, 1 pinch of rosemary, 1 pinch of oregano, Spread well with 1 pinch of parsley and let it rest for 30 minutes.
3) Then (red, green, yellow) capsicum 50 gms cut into small pieces, broccoli 50 gms cut into small pieces, carrots 50 gms cut into pieces, onion cut into pieces, onion cut into slices and 2 Finely chop the cloves of garlic.
4) Blanch the broccoli, carrots and turnips in boiling water for 15 seconds.
5) Now fry the marinated chickens in a pan with 1 table spoon butter and 2 table spoon olive oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
6) Take 1 tablespoon of soybean oil in a pan and mix 1 egg with salt and black paper.
7) Lightly fry the onions with a little oil.
8) Now in a pan again lightly fry the garlic cloves with 2 tablespoons of oil, add 70% cooked rice, 1 tablespoon of butter, salt to taste, 1 pinch of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of chicken stock powder, 1 tablespoon of chili paste. Lightly fry.
9) Take 2 tablespoons of soybean oil in a pan and lightly fry the vegetables in it, add the fried chickens, 1 pin of oregano, 1 pin of parsley, 1 spoon of Wester share, 2 pin of salt, 1 spoon of chicken stock powder from 5 to Fry well for 7 minutes.
10) Finally we finish cooking with 2 pints of chili flakes and 1 spoon of lemon juice.
