Cooking Method:

1) First we cut 800 grams of chicken into medium size and marinate it.

2) Marination - Chicken with 1 tablespoon red chili paste, half teaspoon white pepper, half teaspoon salt, half teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon Maggi seasoning sauce, 1 teaspoon Spread the spoon sauce, half teaspoon chicken stock powder well and let it rest for 10 minutes.

3) Mix about 400 grams of flour and 1.5 table spoon of cornflour in a bowl and dip the chickens in water and dip them in flour and deep fry them in boiling oil for 10 to 12 minutes.

4) Dipping sauce: Heat 3 tablespoons of soybean oil in a pan, add 1 clove of finely chopped garlic, lightly fry 1 tablespoon of red chili paste, 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup, 4 tablespoons of chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 The sauce is prepared by cooking 2 minutes with Spoon Maggi Seasoning Sauce, 5 drops Wester Shear, half tea spoon salt, half tea spoon sugar, 1 spoon vinegar.
