Mix Chaomin (Chinese)

Hello fellow food lovers, how are you all? We all eat noodles more or less cooked in different ways, but most of the times we prefer to eat mix chowmin as Chinese food when we go to restaurants. Although noodles and chowmein look very similar, there are substantial differences in the preparation method and taste of the two dishes. But today I will try to tell you about your mix chaomin recipe and its nutritional value.

As the main ingredient of chaomin, we will use a little thick chaomin made of flour, through which we will get the necessary sugars for the body. Apart from vitamin C from capsicum and cabbage, we can meet the need for minerals, we will also get vitamin A from carrots, we will get enough protein from chicken and eggs. Little is known about the amount of vitamins, minerals and proteins our body needs. So today I will make restaurant style healthy Chinese food "Mix Chaomin" and share it with you.

Ingredients:

Chicken - 100 grams.
Capsicum of all colors - 60 grams.
Carrot - 20 grams.
Chamomile - 500 grams.
Cabbage - 50 grams.
Salt - half teaspoon.
Sugar - half teaspoon.
White paper - half teaspoon.
Sausage - 1 table spoon.
Wester shares - 1 table spoon.
Maggi Seasoning Sauce - 1 tsp.
Chicken stock powder - 1 pints.
Chili sauce - 2 tbsp.
Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp.
Garlic - 2 cloves.
Oliboil- 3 Tablespoon.
Eggs – 2

Method:

1) First, boil 500 grams of chaomin in 80% water mixed with 1 spoon of soybean oil, spread soybean kale on it and cool it.

2) Cut 100 grams of chicken into julienne and mix two eggs with it.

3) Lightly fry 2 cloves of garlic in a pan with 3 spoons of olive oil and stir the chickens well with eggs and fry for 2 minutes.

4) After 2 minutes reduce the heat and add 50 grams of cabbage, 60 grams of capsicums, 20 grams of carrots and cook for 2 minutes in the chicken and then cook for 1 minute with the boiled cold chaomins.

5) After 1 minute reduce the heat and stir well with salt to taste, half tea spoon white pepper, half tea spoon sugar, 1 table spoon sauce, 1 table spoon wester share, 1 spoon Maggi seasoning sauce, 1 pint chicken stock powder.

6) Then stir in 2 spoons of chili sauce, 1 spoon of tomato ketchup and serve garnished with spring onion leaves.
