Hey foodies
Yesterday I made a vegetable of bitter guard with a twist and it turned out so crunchy and amazing. So I decided to share it with you guys.
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg bitter guard
• 2-3 onions
• 2-3 tomatoes
• 5-6 garlic
• species ( salt, turmeric, red chilly powder, kitchen king, sabzi masala, curry leaves(2-3))

Firstly clean the bitter guard with water 3 to 4 times then chop it into thin slices.

Now take a utensil and fill it with water then add 1tsp of salt. After that add chopped vegetables to the salty water and leave it for half an hour.

After half an hour clean chopped vegetables with water 3 to 4 times and then squeeze them properly, no water should be left.

In between we will chop onions and we will grate tomatoes. Then after 20 minutes, we will add chopped onions, tomatoes, and spices according to our taste. Let it cook again for 20 more minutes.

Bitter gourd is delicious, we call this in the Philippines, ampalaya.
