๐ŸŽŒ So today I would like to share with you an easy way to cook YAKISOBA - Japanese Stir-Fried Noodles. ๐ŸŽ

Yakisoba is a classic Japanese stir-fried noodle dish with thinly sliced pork belly, cabbage, carrot, mushrooms and onions. Then seasoned with a sweet and delicious salty sauce, which is the similar to Worcestershire sauce or Tonkatsu sauce.

Yakisoba is one of the popular street foods in Japan. From my memories when I visited japan, which I always find Yakisoba stalls, and Yakisoba are mostly cooked on a huge iron flat pan and served hot.

I love my yakisoba with thinly sliced pork belly as the original recipe, but feel free to substitute pork with chicken or plant based if you wish!

ย

If you can't find yakisoba, and ramen or chow mein are great substitute. Then season with Tonkatsu or Worcestershire sauce, and add about 1 Tablespoon of ketchup and 1 teaspoon of honey. ๐Ÿœ
