Hello friends How are you all? I hope you are well. I'm fine Yesterday I made winter cake at home. Since I live in the village, cakes are made in my house every year. My mother / elder sister makes winter cake, I see them making this cake all the time and keep some pictures on my mobile. Today I will discuss with you about the making and recipe of that winter cake. It does not require too many materials to make. So let's not see my friends this winter delicious cake.
- Rice powder
- Milk
- Coconut
- Molasses
- Hot water
First take some amount of rice powder in a container.
Then the rice powder should be mixed well with hot water.
Then you have to put a clay pan on the stove and make a round cake.
Now heat molasses, milk and coconut together in another pot.

Then it should be left soaked for 3/4 hours. The cakes will be a little bigger and softer. Then it will be much tastier to eat.
If you wish, you can make this winter cake. It is very well known in rural areas of Bangladesh. It is very tasty. I ate with my family and everyone else.
