Today I made Beef ChillI, which is my personal favourite dish! I did it all by myself.
Have to admit that it didn’t become like the my mom prepares. But there is always scope for improvement.
Now to tell about my experience, I had a rough time as the beef took a hell lot of time to cook in the cooker. Maybe because the cooker wasn’t proper. Rest of the procedure was smooth but had lost all my patience. Hence I hurried a bit as we were late for lunch.
But the outcome was good. The meat was tender and tasty.
I would rate myself a solid 3.5 out 5 😅
