Everything but the kitchen sink!
That's quite the expression. It means just about everything one can think of, sometimes even more than what’s necessary.
Speaking of throwing in everything, I don't have a name for this dish. It included vegetables that are available in my refrigerator!
I sautéed the vegetables in the order listed above in olive oil.
Salt and pepper to taste.
I added fish and eggs for proteins.
I've embarked on a transformative journey to lose weight
and I'm ecstatic to share a significant milestone— I've already shed 10 pounds! 🎉 This achievement is definitely worth celebrating. The key to my success so far has been reducing my carbohydrate intake, which has yielded some fantastic results.
I've started paying closer attention to my overall eating habits
and making healthier choices. I've swapped out processed foods for whole, nutrient-rich options and focused on incorporating more vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats into my meals. I've also been mindful of portion sizes and made an effort to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
Of course, this journey hasn't been without its challenges.
There have been moments of temptation and setbacks, but I've learned to stay resilient and keep my eyes on the bigger picture. Surrounding myself with supportive friends has been incredibly helpful, as they've encouraged me and cheered me on every step of the way.
I ate it with a side of Kimchi. It was D E L I C I O U S!

Excellent option, it looks very tasty and the important thing is that it is rich in vegetables and protein, for me it is an alternative that I can use because I am also avoiding carbohydrates and wheat flour.👏

Congrats sis on the weight loss! I know how hard that can be. I've lost 20 pounds doing essentially the same thing you're doing. I would love to lose more, but so far, I'm stuck where I'm at for now. Perhaps with spring on the way, I'll be able to add more exercise to what I'm doing and perhaps different veggies when the fresher produce becomes available.

The note says in the Comm book, It takes some time to change eating habits or else our health problems decide that for us after the damage is done.
