You must live in paradise, sis! Even here in our California town (well, it is relatively small), we have to go to the next city to get to some restaurants! But we have outstanding family-owned restaurants serving farm-to-fork dishes, an Irish pub, a Japanese franchise, an Afghan place, a Thai restaurant, and several Mexican places. Mostly American and fusion cuisine. It is enough to service the needs of residents. The council discourages fast food joints, although they are found outside of the town proper.
