There’s this book that called “Chicken Soup for the Soul”. It’s a book with various stories- real life stories, full of wisdom and enriched with life lessons one can relate to. Nope! I didn’t read everything in there, I just had a glimpsed of the few pages- the one that are easy to read. But I will not be talking about the book, since I am not into it; I am here to say about my own version of the book- FOOD! For me there is no other thing in this world that is essential but FOOD- and one of those is RAMEN! I don’t know when my love for Ramen started, but I consider this Japanese haven as “Soup for my Soul”. Boteyju- a Japanese Restaurant that just opened its door for Cebuano few weeks ago. Located at SM Seaside Cebu, just beside Starbucks- which is another favorite, Boteyju serves various authentic Japanese Cuisine that are not just nourishing but you can almost taste its history in every bite and slurp.
