Hola mis queridos amigos de hive, un gran saludo para todos. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta que se ha convertido en un excelente aliado a la hora de cuidar mi cabello y piel. Se trata del aceite de coco, muy sencillo de hacer y además muy beneficioso. Además de que el coco es el único ingrediente que se usa es fácil de conseguir. Les voy a explicar cómo extraer el aceite y también en que me beneficia.

It is coconut oil, very simple to make and also very beneficial. In addition to the fact that coconut is the only ingredient used, it is easy to find. I am going to explain to you how to extract the oil and also how it benefits me.
En esta ocasión utilice dos (2) cocos secos, y con un objeto punzante le abrí uno de los tres hoyitos que tienen para extraer el líquido y lo coloque en una taza pequeña.

Con un cuchillo fuerte le di unos pequeños golpes alrededor del coco hasta partirlo un poco, pero mi esposo termino partiéndolo en varios pedazos.

Después empecé a separar la pulpa de la cascara y enjuague con agua, los pique en trozos más pequeños para introducirlos en la licuadora junto con el agua que ya le habíamos sacado, junto con 2tazas de agua natural, (también funciona rayando el coco)

Luego teniendo los cocos licuados lo introduje en una olla para calentar a fuego lento por 5min, apagamos la cocina y dejamos reposar por unos minutos más
After having the blended coconuts, I put it in a pot to heat over low heat for 5 minutes, turn off the kitchen and let it rest for a few more minutes.
Teniendo una temperatura fresca me dirijo a colar para separar la leche de los residuos de coco.

En una olla mediana coloque la leche ya colada, para nuevamente a fuego lento cocinar sin remover, después de unos cuantos minutos el aceite era lo suficientemente notable, aparecieron unas partículas pequeña de la leche de coco, estas al estar de un color marroncitas debemos retirar del fuego.

Una vez retirado de la cocina esperamos que repose lo caliente y colamos separando las partículas del aceite.

En lo personal lo deje enfriando en un envase pequeño de vidrio, luego lo coloque en un recipiente que anteriormente era de una crema desmaquilladora, para facilitar el uso puedes guardarlo en la nevera para permitir que el aceite se solidifique

Antioxidante. El aceite de coco ayuda a evitar el envejecimiento prematuro del organismo y de la piel.
Hidratante. Es un excelente cosmético natural se puede usar en lugar de una crema corporal, Y protege el cabello ya que ayuda al crecimiento y lo mantiene liso y suave.
Limpia y desmaquilla.
Utilízalo como bálsamo labial.
Combate el acné y las infecciones
Regula la producción de grasa.
Unifica el tono de la piel, evitando manchas.
Antioxidant Coconut oil helps prevent premature aging of the body and skin.
Moisturizing. It is an excellent natural cosmetic that can be used in place of a body cream, and it protects the hair by helping it to grow and keeping it smooth and soft.
Cleans and removes make-up.
Use it as a lip balm.
Fight acne and infections

Excelente post te felicito, me. Encanta el aceite, a veces lo compro pero el último sentí que no era puro así que decidí hacerlo yo misma, ya compré los cocos y ahora con tu receta estoy lista para hacer mi propio aceite de coco, a mí me encanta para el cabello @sinairolarosa
