Hola @simaroy, aquí nos muestras una forma diferente de comer la calabaza (auyama en mi país, Venezuela). Veo que al aderezarla con cebollas y chiles verdes adquiere otra dimensión de sabor. Como siempre tus fotos son nítidas. Saludos.
