Preparation time: approximately 45 minutes, not counting the refrigeration time.
750 grams of ripe guavas (approximately).
225 grams of white sugar.
500 ml of liquid milk.
750 ml of water, to liquefy the guavas.
100 grams of milk cream.
1 large tablespoon of white vinegar.
Water to wash, disinfect and rinse the guavas.
Blender, strainer, teaspoon, bowl, knife, etc.
Next, we cut the guavas into quarters or even smaller, so that the blender works better. It is not necessary to peel the guavas, but it is necessary to strain the mixture to extract the seeds. Once the guava mixture is obtained, we proceed to add the sugar, milk and heavy cream and mix well in the blender to obtain a homogeneous mixture, which I will place in the refrigerator, and I will take it out at intervals of one hour, to stir and break the water crystals that form, in this way I guarantee a certain level of creaminess in the ice cream. This process can take 8 hours or perhaps less, depending on the temperature of the room and the refrigerator.
Once it is frozen, we can serve in glasses and garnish with a little cherry or strawberry syrup, or with whatever you want (cookies, lollipops, fruits, etc.) and... Enjoy!

¡Súper feliz estoy de que me hayan curado! Muchas, muchas gracias. Saludos.
Looks delicious, I could make a #plantbased version for the family, but guavas aren't too common in Suriname. Shame, it's such a delicious fruit, and your smoothie/ice cream looks tempting.

Hi @justinparke, thanks for stopping by. This species of guava in particular, the one with yellowish flesh, is very fragrant and has a taste reminiscent of pineapple. Instead of guava you could use another fruit, for example mango, which I think is the season for this delicious fruit. A big greeting from Venezuela.
Muchísimas gracias @mayvil, es todo un honor. Muchos saludos.
