√ 250 g mushrooms.
√ 2 chicken thighs
√ 1 package of salad
√ 4 tablespoons quinoa
√ 4 tablespoons cous cous
√ onion powder
√ garlic powder
√ cumin
√ salted soy sauce
√ sweet soy sauce
√ seed mix
√ olive oil


Ingredientes:

√ 2 muslos de pollo
√ 1 paquete de ensalada

We put the pan on the fire and fry the meat before it is completely ready we add the mushrooms and sauté them.When they are ready we add the salad and stir ( you can add the vegetables you want,I use this salad because it has everything I like and it is faster).We add the seed mixture and leave for another 5 minutes.


Ponemos la sartén al fuego y freímos la carne antes de que esté completamente lista añadimos las setas y las salteamos.Cuando estén listas añadimos la ensalada y removemos ( puedes añadir las verduras que quieras,yo uso esta ensalada porque tiene todo lo que me gusta y es más rápida).Añadimos la mezcla de semillas y dejamos otros 5 minutos.


Слагаме тигана на огъня и запържваме месото преди да стане напълно готово добавяме и гъбите и ги задушаваме.Когато са готови добавяме и салатата и бъркаме ( вие можете да сложите зеленчуци по-избор,аз ползвам тази салата, защото има всичко което ми харесва а и е по-бързо).Добавяме и микса от семена и оставяме за още 5 минути.
