This is not the edge of the rice field in general. I will invite you to stop by a small cafe but it is really fun to visit.
In the past, rice fields were only used for farming. In modern times, smart capital owners are now taking advantage of the rice field area. It's quite amazing to me.
I didn't expect that the area that people here saw was just ordinary but could be transformed into something that I even liked to stop by to enjoy the breezy afternoon air.
The area here is quite popular. The cafe I visited is called "WARKOP TEPI SAWAH". Tepi Sawah means on the edge of the rice field in English.
It is recommended to visit this place when the rice is in its middle season. Still yellowish green but the rice has not yet entered the harvest season.
The concept of serving coffee, tea, and snacks and there are several main dishes. Hot Thailand Tea with Banana Spring Rolls which I chose to accompany me to relax this afternoon.
Not alone, but I also brought my passengers who came from the city.
They were very happy when I brought them to this place. They said that in the area where they live there is no rice field area like this.
The mountainous area is visible in the distance, quite pleasing to the eyes that I admire. I feel comfortable sitting here for a long time.
How about the snacks? If you have heard of general spring rolls, then this time the spring roll skin is used to wrap ripe bananas. Not only that.
The crispy texture of the outer skin of the spring rolls coated with sweet chocolate is my favorite. I can't resist when there is a sprinkling of cheese that makes me crazy.
The chocolate layer does not make the spring roll skin lose its crispy texture. That's what amazed me. Does your area have the same menu as this? I think I prefer these banana spring rolls to general spring rolls but it shouldn't be too much because it is sweet and contains oil.
Accompanying delicious snacks, I also fell in love with Hot Thailand Tea. You can see the color of the tea is orange-yellow, different from the milk tea that I usually enjoy. maybe it comes from the quality of the milk and tea products used.
I feel like I want to stay here longer but I can't. My passengers have asked me to go home and I have to take them to their desired place. This is really a cool experience for me with a sunny day that allows me to see the mountains there.
An amazing dining experience on the edge of a rice field for me. I often pass by this area but I don't mind stopping at this cafe on a sunny day. They have delicious food and drinks. Plus the breeze there is not hot at all, it's actually cool. It would be nice if I could take my family here later.
