Since I gave up sugar and flour I understand perfectly what you say that to visit the pastry shop you have to strengthen yourself a lot, the bitterness when it is good is divine like that of a good espresso coffee without sugar one a day already gives satisfaction for the day to day on the other hand it does not seem expensive to me two 2$ or will be that I am used to that here in Venezuela in a pastry shop of that level can cost between 3 and 5$ 😭
