Hello chocolate lovers!
I hope you're all good. I'm on a lunch break right now. And while I have time, I wanted to share a great recipe for you. You know, kitchen is my biggest hobby. I love trying new recipes. I do not apply the recipes I see as copy-paste. I always add something from myself to the recipes. Or I like to create new recipes myself. I think you like my recipes too. :) This makes me really happy.
Who doesn't like chocolate? I hope some of you will say no to this question. Because chocolate is one of my favorite things. So I would like to think that you all said yes to the answer to this question. :) I already often share chocolate recipes. Today I am here with a great brownie recipe.
Ingredients for the brownie,
300 grams dark chocolate
3 eggs
100 grams of butter
150 grams of granulated sugar
140 grams of flour
1 packet of vanilla
Walnut
Very little salt
We heat your oven at 150 degrees. Place greaseproof paper on the bottom of the cake tin so that it hangs slightly outward. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie. In a mixer bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Continue to whisk by slowly pouring melted butter chocolate into it. Add flour, salt and a little more chocolate and whisk until mixed. Pour the mixture into the cake mold and bake in the oven for about 35 - 40 minutes.
Brownie is one of my favorite desserts. But now that I'm on a diet, I could only taste this recipe. :) I will try a healthier brownie recipe for those on a diet. Stay tuned!
