Tribilin Arepas: An Explosion of Venezuelan Flavors in an Innovative Space

in Foodies Bee Hiveyesterday (edited)

On my recent visit to the new Plaza de la Juventud de Bellas Artes, I had the opportunity to discover a real gastronomic treasure: Tribilin Arepas. This place, located on top of some ingeniously adapted containers, offers a unique culinary experience that combines the tradition of the Venezuelan arepa with a Moderna and cozy concept.

From the moment I entered, I was captivated by the casual and lively atmosphere of the place. The panoramic view of the square, from the height of the containers, is simply spectacular and adds a special touch to the experience.

But what really won me over were the arepas. We ordered a couple of them and the little chef of the house, son of the owner, recommended a delicious black roast outline with Guiana cheese. How right! The combination of flavors was exquisite and the arepa was freshly made, with a smooth texture and an authentic flavor. My wife and daughter really enjoyed a simple cutlet arepa, perfect for sharing.

The ingredients used are of the highest quality and it shows in every bite. The sauces, especially the garlic and bacon sauces, gave an extra touch of flavor to our arepas. In addition, the service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff.

Tribilin Arepas is much more than just a place to eat arepas. It is a complete experience that celebrates Venezuelan culture through its gastronomy. If you are looking for a place to enjoy a delicious meal in a relaxed atmosphere and with a privileged view, I highly recommend you to visit Tribilin Arepas.

The view is awesome and the food too! but I'd definitely go for the view, it's that skyscapper that makes it fun to eat there.
