Comes the winter season and people crave to get some.hot and spicy stuffs. And this is the time that you will find a lot of rush on the street food section. From hot tea stall to bread butter to fritters to all other kind of junk food. You will find many people setting up their stalls on the streets, busy market place ot at the pavements to save hot spicy stuffs to public.
Out of all stuff, I guess the sell of non -veg foods were on high demand during the winter. I have seen many people opting to sell non - veg foods during winter. And this is what makes it species best. Cool weather and munching some hot stuffs direct from the stove. People who do not enjoy these foods at home mostly rely on these street stalls to crave for their appetite.
As the winter knocks in you will find many people selling bar-b-que on streets. The iron rod pierced through the hot chicken or mutton pieces to make a delicious. People like to chew in them and like them more as compaired to any gravy food item. Not only streets foods, you will find similar items inside the restaurant as well. Kebabs, rolls, Tandoori are the common item that were served and people favourites during winter. They are most important part of any platter.
Even though if you are not a regular Non- veg lover but these foods just appear to be tempting. These were served with chopped onions or green chutney. Being hot served they were easily to digest. No doubt, during winter thr appetite increases in every human. And they look out for more food every hour. This nis when these non - veg food items comes as a rescue things.
They are bit heavy item as far as foods are concerned and can help you retain your hunger for longer duration. No worry, the liking of these items never allow the restaurant or street owners to run away. They also get quite friendlier with the regular visitor, and make these item as per their liking.
Anyway, do not get tempt with these photographs, just find your own stall and enjoy some spicy bites of Tandoori Chicken, or roasted chicken leg pieces or some bar be que at own own to enjoy cool winter season.

How delicious this food looks, I love the ambiance of the streets.
It is nothing when you see them in real..that are like eating each piece...very rush all the time.
This barbecue looks super in Italy it's different we use to make it during summer rarely in winter ❄️⛄
Ohhh that is very interesting....but why in summer...anything special...it make sense to have them in winter for kind of extra protein that keep body warm.
