Let's make Chicken Dinsum

This chicken dimsum is very suitable to be used as a snack when relaxing in the afternoon, Children to adults of course will like it. How to make it is very easy, so we can do it in between lunch breaks.
Today I will share a recipe and how to make easy and delicious chicken dimsum. Let's see what the ingredients are and how to make it.

The ingredients are;

  • 500 grams of chicken filet
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 grams of sago flour
  • 150 grams of finely grated carrots
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp broth powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Dumpling skin
  • Carrots for topping.

How to make;
The first thing we put in the chicken filet with sliced ​​​​garlic, put it in a chopper or blender

After the chicken filet is well mixed, mix it in a bowl containing the sago flour, grated carrots and other ingredients. Then stir until well blended.

Then prepare 1 sheet of dumpling skin, give the chicken stuffing that has been mixed earlier, then glue the skin and stuffing using your fingers or the tip of a fork. Put grated carrots on it.

Then finish until the dough runs out. After that prepare the steam that has been heated.

Put the chicken dimsum into the steamer, steam up to 20 minutes. Once cooked, remove and serve on a plate. If you want to store it in the refrigerator, wait until the dough cools down, then when you want to eat it, reheat it.

I loooooooove dimsum. I would love to see more recipes. What is sago flour? Do you have a recommended way to steam. This is amazing and it looks delicious. It is just like the dimsum we get at the restaurant in San Diego called The Pearl. Do you know how to make the sweet sticky rice that is cut into triangles also?
