Today I came to you in a different way. I love making breakfast more than my other meals. Sometimes when I start the day badly, I postpone having breakfast, but if I start the day with a good energy, I prepare breakfast happily. Today, I started the day energetically. I wanted to show you both my breakfast routine and what I prefer most for breakfast.
First of all, I start preparing breakfast by cooking french fries in the oven. Like everyone else, I love french fries very much, but it has to be accepted that it is harmful for health. That's why I prefer to cook it in less oil. I usually cook it on a baking tray with greaseproof paper instead of deep frying. It's much healthier that way.
I prepared the seasoning I poured on the potatoes myself. It contains ground "garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, cumin, cayenne pepper, ground white pepper, dried basil, freshly ground black pepper, ground celery seed, ground red pepper and sea salt."
I prepare myself between 100 - 200 gr. I use it not only in french fries, but also in meat dishes. It's good to have it ready at hand.
Baked Potato
I usually use pre-sliced potatoes. Sometimes I cook my own slices that way. Today I used ready-made potato wedges. I add 1 teaspoon of spice and 2 tablespoons of oil and mix.
I lay greaseproof paper on the tray and add the potatoes on it. I try to spread them all out. That way, they won't stick to each other while cooking.
I bake it in the oven set at 150 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked.
While the potatoes were cooking, I bought Sourdough Whole Wheat Bread from the seller of village bread near our house. I usually prefer this bread for my breakfasts. Br slice can be quite filling. When I have potatoes in my breakfast, I usually prefer to eat small slices.
Two of the must-haves for breakfast are olives and cheese. I occasionally add green olives, but mostly I use black. I always have olives in my breakfast. I also buy the cheese from the fat-free ones.
I always eat an egg every day because it keeps me full. Sometimes I cook it by boiling and sometimes I fry it in oil. It is healthier to boil, but it is very delicious when cooked with organic village butter in oil.
While I was preparing the egg, the potatoes were cooked and I took them out of the oven. I added as much as I would eat to my plate.
Finally, the thing I never give up for breakfast is black tea. I forgot to take it, but before I start preparing breakfast, I prepare the tea. I cook it until it brews. While I was making the potatoes, the tea was brewing, now it is brewed and I turned the bottom off. Now I can drink with pleasure.
I was just about to sit down for breakfast, the cargo arrived. In my previous articles, I told you that I had difficulty because I did not have a whisking machine. I ordered a suitable machine with my earnings from here. I was very happy to see him coming. Now I can make my recipes much more easily. Finally, the only thing left to do is get the lighting and a tripod. I've already started saving money on it. I was able to buy this machine because you supported me. So thank you very much.
Now my breakfast is ready. I can eat with pleasure.
