¡¡Buenas Buenas!! mis queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, estoy de vuelta con ustedes y esta vez quiero compartirles la cena especial de la casa, son unas empanadas deliciosas que por lo general en mi país se preparan mucho, incluso suelen ser una adicción para aquellos que aman la fritura y si vienen con relleno mucho mejor 😊, pero por favor que no falte esa crema especial de ajo o perejil, aquellos que conocen de esto sabrán de que estoy hablando. 😅 a continuación les dejare la receta para que se animen a prepararlas y así se dan un gusto especial. 😉

INGREDIENTES:
  • 500 Gr de Harina de Maíz
  • Sal
  • 1 cucharada de azúcar
  • aceite

para el relleno:

  • Una taza de carne molida previamente preparada
  • Una taza de queso rallado
INGREDIENTS:
  • 500 Gr of Corn Flour
  • Salt
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • oil

for the filling:

  • A cup of previously prepared ground beef
  • A cup of grated cheese




PREPARACION:

Iniciamos preparando nuestra masa, agregando los 500gr en un bol le agregamos la sal y la cucharada de azúcar, luego vamos agregándole el agua poco a poco y vamos amasando por 5 minutos o hasta obtener una masa consistente, después de tenerla lista hacemos unas bolitas y la colocamos sobre un papel de plástico (este te permitirá trabajar bien la empanada al momento de sellarla), la vamos aplastando y extendiendo para así poder rellenarla de carne, queso u ambos. (el relleno es a preferencia de la persona).

We start preparing our dough, adding the 500gr in a bowl we add the salt and the tablespoon of sugar, then we add the water little by little and we knead for 5 minutes or until we obtain a consistent dough, after having it ready we make some balls and We place it on a plastic paper (this will allow you to work the patty well when sealing it), we will crush it and spread it in order to fill it with meat, cheese or both. (the filling is to the preference of the person).

Seguidamente después de haber colocado el relleno vamos a cerrar tomando nuestro plástico y lo llevamos hacia nosotros sellamos bien con las manos las orillas y después con un bol pequeño le damos la forma a nuestra empanada. Luego la llevamos a un caldero con suficiente aceite caliente y la ponemos a freír por 5 minutos cuando ya están doradas y se vean crujientes están listas.

Then, after placing the filling, we are going to close by taking our plastic and taking it towards us, we seal the edges well with our hands and then with a small bowl we shape our pie. Then we take it to a cauldron with enough hot oil and put it to fry for 5 minutes when they are golden brown and they look crisp and they are ready.

Finalmente pueden servirse sus deliciosas empanadas, las puedes acompañar con una taza de chocolate caliente, un jugo natural, cafe con leche o incluso café solo, lo importante es deleitarse, de esta receta pueden obtener 10 empanadas aproximadamente dependiendo del tamaño
