Hola queridos amigos, feliz tarde para todos! Hoy les comparto la receta de unas de mis tantas comidas favoritas, súper fácil de preparar. Hoy les enseñare como preparar un sabroso arroz con pollo.

Hello dear friends, happy afternoon everyone! Today I share with you the recipe of one of my many favorite meals, super easy to prepare. Today I will show you how to prepare a tasty rice with chicken.

Ingredientes

2 tazas de arroz
8 tazas de agua
¼ de pollo
Una papa mediana
Medio Calabacin
¼ de repollo
Una rama de Silantro
2 ajis grandes
Media zanahoria pequeña
Orégano
Color
Sal
Aceite
Ajo

Ingredients

2 cups of rice
8 cups of water
¼ chicken
One medium potato
Half a zucchini
¼ cabbage
A branch of Silantro
2 large chili peppers
Half a small carrot
Oregano
Color
Salt
Oil
Garlic


Lo primero que hice fue cortar el pollo en trozos pequeños, lo coloque en una paila mediana y procedí a cortar la papa, el calabacín, los ajis, el Silantro y la zanahoria en cuadritos, los incorpore al pollo junto con el oregano, el color, la sal y un chorito de aceite y lo lleve a la hornilla a fuego medio bajo a sofreír por 3 minutos aproximadamente.

Pasado los 3 minutos le incorporamos el repollo picado en tiras pequeñas y 6 dientes de ajo machacados, le echamos también una taza de agua, tapamos y dejamos cocinar por 2 minutos mas.

The first thing I did was to cut the chicken into small pieces, put it in a medium-sized pan and proceeded to cut the potato, zucchini, chili peppers, cilantro and carrots into small squares, add them to the chicken along with the oregano, color, salt and a dash of oil and take it to the stove over medium-low heat to fry for about 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, add the cabbage chopped in small strips and 6 crushed garlic cloves, add a cup of water, cover and let it cook for 2 more minutes.

Ahora le echamos el arroz junto con una cucharada de sal y volvemos a Tapar por un par de minutos mas, de esta forma el arroz agarrara mas el gusto del pollo.

Le echamos 6 tazas de agua y dejamos cocinar el arroz. Cuando este casi seco le echamos otra taza de agua para que nuestro arroz con pollo quede jugoso, tapamos, apagamos el fuego y dejamos que esponje.

Now add the rice together with a spoonful of salt and cover again for a couple of minutes more, in this way the rice will get more of the taste of the chicken.
Pour 6 cups of water and let the rice cook. When it is almost dry, add another cup of water so that our rice with chicken is juicy, cover, turn off the heat and let it fluff up.
