Colocamos un sartén en la hornilla a fuego medio bajo y con ayuda de una servilleta con aceite la engrasamos para que no se peguen las tortitas. Echamos un poco de mezcla y dejamos cocinar por ambos lados.
Colocamos la tortita en un plato, le untamos un poco de mantequilla y le echamos queso rayado. Y listo, un desayuno delicioso a la orden.
Place a frying pan on the stove over medium low heat and with the help of an oiled napkin grease it so that the pancakes do not stick. Pour a little of the mixture and let it cook on both sides.
Place the pancake on a plate, spread some butter on it and add some grated cheese. And ready, a delicious breakfast to order.
