Crispy Corn Recipe

Hello Foodies!

Can there be anything tastier than crispy corn? Noooo. Crispy corn is by far the tastiest snack for me. It is a quick pick, easy to make and super easy to eat. I like to munch it while watching television. It’s a fried snack made using Sweet corn kernels. You can choose to buy frozen corn kernels or get fresh from the market (Word of advice – Frozen ones work better for this dish).

Some people like to add a lot of Chinese sauces to it but I like to keep it simple. There are many recipes for it and can be made differently as per your choice of food. This dish tastes best when served hot otherwise it loses the crispiness of the corns and thus the taste of the dish overall.

Let’s see how we make it.

Very similar to what I make, I use butter for the roasting and no garlic, or ground pepper. Everyone loves this at home. Sometimes I add green peas and cubed carrots for color and variation.

As I said, there are multiple ways you can make this recipe. I love garlic so I use it. You can add whatever vegetables or sauces you like, the key here is fried corns.
