Green Lentils Fritters / Moong Dal Mangode

Hello Foodies!

What do you do when you are in Jaundice? You crave for good food.
ANd what do you do once you are over it? You eat good food 😁

That's what I have been doing these days, eating all foods I used to crave for 10 days back. So today I made mangode, it's a very delicious and kind of healthy snack made using Green Moong Lentils. What makes it a little unhealthy is that it's deep fried. But once in a while we can have that.

Let's see how we make it.

What a recipe!!! I will definitely try it

Let me know how you like it.

I have all of these ingredients. I've never made this before. Yum. I need to try it, Thanks for the recipe.

A new recipe for you and it’s Friday!

Looks delicious! I'm always looking for new vegan recipes without meat & dairy replacement products.

Do you think it's possible to make these by regular (not deep) frying?

Yes, you can use an air fryer or non stick pan with vegan oil.

Cool, thanks.

As a side note, my carbon steel pans are basically nonstick now, 2 years after deciding not to buy teflon pans anymore. Makes me happy ^^
