Yesterday I made yummy food. It is a sri lankan June plum curry.In sri lanka we called this fruit name Ambarella . Abarella curry is such a famous recipe in our village life style . We can make this curry according to varity of styles. This is my style. This recipe taught me by my mother.👨❤💋👨 Abarella is very healthy food. I want to say you benifit of june plum .
So, June plum is rich vitamin A,K and vitamin B1 . In asia, we used this fruit to make soups,curries and stews and also used as a natural medicines.
So I am going to show you how we can make this delicious curry ?

I used the following Ingredients
June plums
Garlic
Onions
Curryleaves
Green chilies
Water 1 cup
Cooking oil
Cinnamon
Suger 3 tablespoons
Salt powder 1 tablespoons
Chilli powder 2 tablespoons
Curry powder1 tablespoons
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
**Method **
I get pan and opend the stove.Now I put the cooking oil on the pan.
After heated cooking oil , I put put garlic , curryleaves , onions , green chilli and cinnamon on the pan.
Now, add chilli powder, curry powder, Turmeric powder and salt.
Now add june plums and water .
Boiled well in 20 minutes .
Finally add some suger to make great tasty.
Now it is ready to serve.
