Hello dear friends of foodies . Wishing you all a good start to this new week with energy and wellness. To keep enjoying good health and wellness, its good we also take care of ourselves both inside and outside. And to do this we need some drinks of those combination of fruits and vegetables that can properly keep us in check.

So friends in my todays recipe I bring to share and teach you of how you can enjoy a healthy and nutritious drink made from cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’, apple ๐Ÿ and ginger. This recipe is what we all need from time to time to stay in good health because its fortifying and helps in boosting our immune system.

We all know the benefits of eating cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’ apple ๐Ÿ and ginger and making a smoothie from this three combination is so healthy to keep us going with good energy in our everyday activities and for those of us who do not like eating cucumber, the combination of these three ingredients into making a smoothie is the best way to enjoy wellness from this healthy and nutritious vegetable ๐Ÿฅ—

Here I will show you the steps for preparing this healthy drink ๐Ÿน.

INGREDIENTS:

1 large size cucumber
1 medium size apple
1/2 size of ginger
1 glass of spring water

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

To prepare this recipe, I will start by first washing and sterilizing the cucumber and apple to disinfect them. Then leave in a drainer to drain a bit before I go on to cut, slice and dice the cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’

Next I will cut, slice and dice the apple to enable easy blending

The ginger I will peel off and dice in small squares.

Once all ingredients are ready I will set to blend them into a drink ๐Ÿฅƒ of smoothie.

So here I will pour all the prepared ingredients into the blender. First the cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’ the apple ๐Ÿ and ginger, then the glass of spring water.

I move on to blend them gradually making sure to get a smooth

Then I serve this healthy greens ๐Ÿฅฌ of good health that we all need at intervals to stay healthy ๐Ÿน.

Green is love to my eyes. Those green vegetables are delicious. How I wish I can prepare the same even once a day.
