Happy and blessed Saturday to you all foodies! The weekend is usually a day for us to enjoy more resting. And days that enables us to prepare some recipes that takes longer time if we really want to treat our loved ones with something special.
This Saturday guys I made some delicious puff cake bread 🥯 recipe to treat my loved ones for breakfast and that is what I bring to share and show you, especially to those of us who enjoys eating varieties and flavored bread 🍞. And to those who love 💕 bread and can not bake one, this process I bring you will help you because it’s simple and straightforward.
With just few ingredients from the pantry, we can easily put a loaf of bread on the table for our family and loved 🥰 ones.
Lets proceed guys to bake this delicious puff cake bread 🥯 recipe with step by step.
INGREDIENTS:
400 g of all purpose flour
2 teaspoon of instant yeast
1/2 mug of warm water 💦
2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of salt powder 🧂
4 teaspoon of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of vegan 🌱 margarine
1/2 glass of soy milk
Vegetable oil
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
In preparation for this recipe, the first thing to do is to soak the yeast by pouring the warm water into a bowl 🥣. Add the 2 teaspoon of yeast in it, adding 1 teaspoon of sugar and cover it to seat for 5 minutes.
Then in a bigger bowl 🥣 add the measured flour, the salt, sugar and margarine 🧈. Mix all together using the tips of the finger to make sure it incorporate very well. Then I added the vanilla extract and stir it into the mix.
Once 5 minutes has elapsed, I pour the yeast gradually into the flour and will mix the flour into a dough, not too strong and not too loose. Using the fingers makes it easier.
Once the dough is formed, I cut it into 6 small shapes to roll it into a ball 🏀 shape, readying it into an already glazed baking pan.
Next I will cover the dough, keep it in a warm area for 30 minutes to rise. Or over a warm water. The above picture shows risen dough after 30 minutes in a warm place.
Then the dough will go into a preheated oven and bake for 10 - 15 minutes @ 180• And the delicious vanilla puff cake bread 🥯 is all ready.
To serve we can enjoy this cake bread with some handy fruits and drinks 🍺 or we serve with warm milk, coffee ☕️ or tea 🫖.
