It seems that it's quite rare for me to post something here, that's because I was sick which made me unable to post something and couldn't go out of the house, but now I'm cured. and yesterday I went out for lunch with my family, so this time I will tell you about my lunch yesterday. Here I had lunch at a very famous family restaurant, it has been around for a long time, the name of the restaurant is Ayam Goreng Kalasan.
This is a simple restaurant that sells a variety of traditional Indonesian food menus, as well as specialties from this restaurant. And like the name of this restaurant, one of its mainstay menus is its fried chicken, this is already famous for being delicious. This restaurant already has a lot of restaurant branches, so it's quite easy to find this restaurant if you want to eat here.
Actually the menu choices for food and drinks here are not too many, but they look delicious and if you want to try some Indonesian specialties then it is perfect to come to this restaurant. Not only is there fried chicken, but there are also choices of noodles, fried rice, drinks and other choices.
And this time I chose to order a meal and a glass of drink which looks delicious and interesting to try.
The food I ordered was Gado-gado, Gado-gado is a typical Indonesian food or Jakarta to be precise, this food contains boiled vegetables, sliced eggs and tofu, and sprinkled with fried onions and crackers. And on top it is also added with peanut sauce, which is ground peanuts and then cooked with the addition of water and brown sugar.
This is the perfect food if you don't like vegetables, but you have to eat vegetables. Because the taste is so delicious, the vegetables are well-boiled, and with the addition of peanut sauce that is very delicious, this is a very good combination. Especially with the addition of emping crackers on top, this makes it even more delicious.
And for the drink, I ordered a cup of orange juice. this is also very good, the taste is very fresh, with a mix of sour and sweet flavors. Especially with the addition of ice cubes, it makes this drink even more delicious.
This is my lunch menu yesterday, looks very delicious right? and this is really very delicious, I really enjoyed my lunch.
