Helloo guys....
Today I will make a simple snack from Oreo. This only uses 3 ingredients and makes it easy without using a grill or steamer.
I got this method from Instagram when I was looking at the food menu that I could try, because lately I really like cooking and trying new things.
I'm going to make Oreo balls.
Ingredient
- The first one must be Oreos. This time i use strawberry oreo.
- The second is full cream UHT milk. I use the diamond brand.
- And the last ingredient is chocolate bar, I use dark chocolate with the brand Colatta Fineza.
How To Make
- The first thing that needs to be done is to separate the Oreo into two parts, namely the wafer part with the filling.
Then blend the Oreos until smooth.
Add enough milk to the mashed Oreo. Then stir until everything is combined.
- After that, make the Oreo balls by taking a little Oreo that has been mixed with milk, make a thin round in the hand then put the strawberry Oreo filling in the middle then cover it with Oreos that have been mixed with milk again and make it with a ball shape.
- Then after it is finished forming in the form of a ball put into the chocolate bar that has been melted, smear the entire surface of the Oreo ball with chocolate.
- Put the Oreo ball into the plastic cake mold. The same treatment is repeated until all of the Oreos are finished.
- Put it in the refrigerator to freeze the chocolate and make it taste even better.
After cold its time to taste it. Of course this tastes very good, the bitter taste of the chocolate and then the sweetness of the Oreo is very delicious.
When bitten, we will get a strawberry filling that has a sour taste.
This soft texture makes it easy to chew. This is really very delicious and you have to try it because it's very easy to make with ingredients that are easy to get too.
I am very satisfied with the results of my food this time. This can be used as a daily snack or can also be used as a dessert. This can also be used as food if you want to hold an event or party.
