Stir fried rice with meat balls and vegies

Hi foodies, I'll like to share with you one of my favorite rice recipes. A mouthwatering, nutritious and spicy dish. Rice is a cereal consumed as staple food across Asia and Africa. Rice grains both long and short are used to make various recipes from boiled to fried, steamed and baked recipes. Preparation follows a number of steps and could be very economical.

I’ll show you how to make a very delicious yet simple recipe in about 45minutes

Alright let’s get started with the ingredients:
2 cups of white rice
A kilo of beef (preferably goat meat)
A cup of vegetable oil
1 large size onion (preferably white onion)
2 red bell pepper
2 green bell pepper
Carrots
Chili pepper
Stock cubes or seasoning cubes
Salt
Curry
Rosemary powder
Turmeric powder
Bay leaves (optional)

Wash meat properly and place on low heat with a cup of water, diced onion (white), salt, a blend of fresh chili pepper and cubes. The cooked meat is separated from the meat stock( to be used later).
Take 2 cups of white rice, wash in Luke warm water, and place on heat for 10 minutes. Turn of the heat after 10 minutes, drain out the water. Wash the rice with cold water until the water becomes clear and free from cloudy starchy substances. Place back the rice on heat and cook with the meat broth /stock until the is perfectly softened, add salt to your taste.
Wash and dice all vegetables, these includes carrots , red bell peppers green bell peppers and the white onion ball.
Start your cooking on low heat with a non-stick frying pan large enough to contain the rice. Put in ¼ of a cup of vegetable oil,

when the oil is heated up, add the red bell pepper and allow to fry for few seconds,

while the red bell pepper is on low heat add up the onions, carrots and green pepper all properly diced.

The vegetables are all properly stired together on low heat. And then the stock cubes, curry, salt,rosemary powder and tumeric powder are also added to the vegetable. The mixture is allowed to to simmer for a minute, stir properly.

The meat balls are reintroduced into the vegetable mixture and properly stir together

This dish is allowed on low heat for about 5 minutes. Remember to stir the whole time so that the ingredients mix well
