BREAKFAST FOR TODAY, AMPALAYA AND PORK LIEMPO

Good morning everyone, It is Monday today and I hope that you are having a great start of the week. Earlier today I decided to cook sautéed ampalaya and pork liempo. Actually we just brought this pork liempo but I will just featured this also since it is once of the food that we ate for breakfast.

Ginisang Ampalaya na May Itlog at Hipon or Sauteed Bitter Gourd with Egg and Shrimp is a simple Filipino dish that you can cook at any time. It is usually consumed with hot rice for either lunch or dinner. I understand that in order to taste bitter gourd (also known as bitter gourd), it may be necessary to develop an acquired taste. I am one of the people who made great efforts to make the taste buds of this vegetable.

Inihaw na Liempo is known in the Philippines as grilled pork belly. The name of the dish has already been introduced, so there is no need to introduce this dish at all. Inihaw na Liempo is a popular dish that is also popular in the Philippines. In fact, there are some dishes that use this dish as an ingredient. Sinuglaw and Special Tokwat Baboy are just a few examples.
