Good morning guys. Last December 8 was a holiday so me and my friends decided to have a little gathering and of course with food and drinks. We call this gathering here in our place as food trip. We bought some pig's feet in the market since it is way more cheaper than the normal pork. We also bought some redhorse beer to drink after eating.
It has been a long time since we meet so we talked a lot while cooking this food.
the first thing we did is boil the pig's feet to make it tender and take out the unwanted odor of it by putting lemon grass on the boiling water.
then once the meat is already tender we taken it out of the boiling water and start the second step of the cooking which is to cook it with the ingredients of calderita.
its time to eat guys, and of course the perfect way to eat it is with boodle fight. It is a way eating here in the Philippines where you will put the food in a banana leaves and eat it together by hands.
after eating we add a little drink and enjoy the rest of the day. thank you for reading guys.
