Good evening guys! How are you this fine wednesday night. I cooked something for our dinner today and I made a step by step pictures on how to do it. This this is called miswa here in Cebu Philippines and it is a go to menu for those people who are on a tight budget.
First things first is to prepare you ingredients. The ingredients are the following in the picture. I already sliced the garlic and onion also.
Then saute you garlic and onion in a pan with a heated oil. Wait until caramelized.
Next is to add the sardines and crash it into small pieces. You can now also add a little bit of water into it.
Then add some salt and pepper after wards and let it boil for a while. Once it is already boiling you can now add the mishua.
Cook the mishua and put out the fire afterwards and leave it for like 15 minutes. The mishua will adopt to the taste of you sauce which makes it tasty.
That is it guys. You can now eat and enjoy it. Serve it to your loved ones.
