Have you even seen BLACK porridge?
We all know there are lots of them, but black one...what is it??

It's not a joke!
How do you think what it is??

It's just Black Sesame!
When I buy it in the market, as a rule sellers look with surprise because most of people in my city don't know what it is, and hwo to make porridge of it.

Though there is a great way to make 2-min healthy raw dish + to eat HUGE doze of Calcium!
Black Sesame is a champion of it!

100 g of unpeeled (black) sesame seeds contain an average of 975 mg of calcium!

But before use we should soak seeds for 12 hours to make it easy for our nutrition and eliminate heavy elements.

So in the morning I take my soaked black sesame, add some fruits (here it's bananas and peaches) and blend it well.

Ready!

This raw black sesame porridge is very useful, nourishing (thanks to oils of sesame) and tasty!

My son adores it! and me too;)

I'll be honest, it doesn't look that appetizing but at least it's healthy and that's all that matter.

yeah:) I agree with you, looks strange but it's so healthy that I eat and enjoy it in any case;)

Looks delicious! Is it typical Russian?

noooo:)
it seems to me NOBODY except of me eats it in my city:)
but those Russians who are vegans and keep a raw diet know it very well, it's their main source of Ca, and I've discovered it from them too

This looks so goood 😍

really?:)
it tastes better than it looks:))

Will be sure to try it 🤤
