My most favourite Bengali meat dish - "Mutton Kosha (Mutton Curry") 🍲 🍴

Hello friends,

Today I'm going to share my most favourite dish "Mutton Kosha".
So, let's start--

-:Cooking Ingredients: -

  1. Mutton-1 kg
  2. Potato pieces-4 pitch
  3. Salt - 3 tablespoons
  4. Turmeric powder - 4 tablespoons
  5. Dried chilli powder - 4 tablespoons
  6. Cumin powder - 4 tablespoons
  7. Onion crumbs - 1 cup
  8. 1 cup of crushed garlic
  9. Onion paste - 4 tablespoons
  10. Garlic paste - 4 tablespoons
  11. Atta Bata - 4 tablespoons
  12. Mustard oil - 200 grams

-:Cooking Procedures: -

  1. Mutton is well cleaned and washed.
  2. Wash the potato pieces.
  3. To marinate mutton, mix 100 grams mustard oil, 2 tablespoons salt, turmeric powder, ginger paste, dried chilli powder, onion paste, garlic paste, cumin powder in the mutton.
  4. Marinate the mutton and leave it for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat 100 grams of mustard oil in a pan.
  6. I fry the potato pieces a little red.
  7. Fry 1 cup onion powder, 1 cup garlic powder in hot oil for 2 minutes.
  8. Then 2 tablespoons onion paste, 2 tablespoons garlic paste, 2 tablespoons cumin powder, 2 tablespoons dried chilli powder, 2 tablespoons ginger paste with a little water on low heat.
  9. After adding the spices, add the marinated mutton to the pan.
  10. 15 minutes on low heat, add 2 cups of water.
  11. Leave it for 15 minutes with the lid on.
  12. Open the lid and remove the mutton for another 5 minutes.
  13. After the water dries, add 4 more cups of water.
  14. 20 minutes on medium heat.
  15. Reduce the heat and cover with a lid for another 5 minutes.
  16. Let's test the salt before unloading.
