Yeah, the curry chicken was cooked with readymade broth with masala that was not in proper proportion with spiciness to make it comfortable for Chinese people. I have tried several Xinjiang foods; among them, my favorites are the long-stick lamb barbeque, this kind of meat samosa, and big plate chicken, which is called the 'Da fen Ji' most. Also, some other dishes like potato fried pan, some other meat dishes, and the dumpling from there I love to eat. Thanks for your time and attention.
