Ingredients;

  • Two slices of bread
  • A medium sized onion
  • Half a ripe tomato
  • A few green chillies
  • About a handful of water spinach
  • Two curry leaves
  • One and a half tablespoons of
    coconut oil
  • A teaspoon of chilli pieces
  • Half a teaspoon of pepper powder
  • About a teaspoon of salt powder
  • An egg
  • a pod of capsicum

The method of making;

First, cut the two slices of bread into small pieces.

Then put an egg in a bowl and add half a teaspoon of salt powder and half a teaspoon of pepper powder to it and stir it.

Wash and clean the capsicum and remove the seeds from the it and cut them into small pieces, and cut the big onions, green chilies, water spinach, curry leaves, tomatoes into small pieces.

Now heat a pan, put oil in it and heat it on low flame. Then add curry leaves.

Now add the chopped onions and fry them all on low heat for about a minute.

Now add chopped capsicum and green chillies and stir fry.

Now add remaining salt powder and chilli pieces and saute again.

Now add half of the egg mixture and stir.

Add the chopped water spinach and tomatoes and mix all these again on low flame.

Now add the cut bread slices and stir. Turn off the stove at this time.

Finally add the rest of the egg mixture and stir. By now, the stove is hot enough, stir it well. Then remove from heat.
