How are you, Good evening dear friends. After a busy day I came today with a new recipe for you. This isn't exactly a new recipe, but it's perfect for a busy women's meal. And I believe it provides two nutrients. That is okra mixed egg tempura. This is a really different taste. This is a combination of two dishes which is really delicious. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 150g of okra
- An egg
- Two tablespoons of oil
- Average sized b onion
- A few curry leaves
- Half ripe tomato
- Two pods of green chillies
- Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt powder
- Half teaspoon of pepper powder
- A teaspoon of chilli pieces
The method of making;
Wash and clean the okra and cut off the stem and end.
Now cut into long shapes with slight shapes.
Now let's cut the other ingredients like tomatoes into squares, onion thinly and chilies into small pieces.
Now add oil to a pan and then add the cut okra pieces and fry in low flame until golden brown.
Add chopped onions and curry leaves.
Then add chilli pieces and stir with normal flame.
Now add turmeric powder and salt powder and mix well.
Now add the pepper powder and stir well and keep it like this for about a minute and keep this mixture aside in the pan.
Now add an egg.
After making the egg omlet and breaking it into small pieces, add chili pieces to the okra pieces and mix.
All mix well Now.
Finally add tomato pieces and turn off the stove.
Keep it like this for about a minute and remove it from the stove.
Usually we add two or three curries along with rice in a main meal. But if we only have the okra mixed egg tempura made today, we can eat as much rice as we want. This tempura is tasty and very fragrant. I think it is good to add it to your main meal.
