Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- Curry leaves
- A large onion, finely chopped
- Sliced garlic
- Chopped half b onion
- 100ml of oil
- Half teaspoon of soya sauce
- Half tablespoon of tomato sauce
- A teaspoon of chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- A teaspoon of curry powder
- A taste to salt
The method of making;
Boil the eggs and remove their shells.
Then make small holes in the eggs.
Put a pan on the stove, add oil to it and when the oil heats up, fry the curry leaves and finely chopped b onions separately.
Put the same oil in a slightly different pan and add the chopped garlic and big onion and fry.
Now add chilli powder, curry powder, turmeric powder and salt powder.
Then add the tomato sauce and soy sauce.
Now add the boiled eggs and mix well.
Add pre-fried curry leaves and onion, stir and remove from the heat.
This egg tempered is very tasty.And can be make very quickly.I also think it's worth it to treat a guest quickly.So I think I brought my dear friends another valuable recipe.
